Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our clothing collections, add your desired items to your cart, and enter your shipping and billing details at checkout. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Revolut Pay, Trustly, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t been shipped yet. After that period, please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.
Delivery
Where do you deliver, and which carriers do you use?
We deliver across the UK using trusted carriers such as Evri Home and Royal Mail.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Transit time is typically 5–9 business days, making the total delivery timeframe approximately 7–14 business days from the order date.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our website on the "Track your order" page. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Revolut Pay, Trustly, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant platforms like Revolut Pay and Mollie.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and handled via trusted payment providers following industry-standard protocols.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Clothing items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
What if the item is faulty or incorrect?
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, a replacement or full refund will be arranged, including any return shipping costs.
